AMOOSEDWEB · VERSION 0.27.0

Compatibility and upgrades.

Use matching compiler and site runtime files for one build. The 0.27.0 release keeps the v1 binary format.

What works together

Browser and website

The Chrome extension is a separate installation. The site's boot page, service worker, and carrier files must be deployed together under one origin. Use amw check-host to inspect a local or deployed static host.

Tools and libraries

The npm compiler and reader target Node.js 22+ on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The NuGet compiler tool and .NET reader currently use a Windows x64 native runtime. The .NET Reader depends on the exact matching Native version.

Upgrade a generated site

Back up the project and private keys, commit or stash edits, install the new compiler, then run amw update-project YOUR_PROJECT. It updates unchanged starter files and leaves your edited files for review. Build to a fresh folder, run amw verify-site, and preview with a local static host before publishing.

amw --version
amw update-project my-site
amw build-project my-site my-site/builds/next
amw verify-site my-site/builds/next
amw serve my-site/builds/next

For an existing website, use amw export-runtime OUTPUT to get the matching route files. Read the static-host integration guide ↗
