It also covers their use in a product. A specific license included with a package or a separately signed agreement controls that package or agreement if its grant differs. Third-party components retain their own licenses. 1. Use below the threshold. If both the individual or organization and the product using the covered material have annual revenue below EUR 1,000,000,000,000, the licensee may use the material in its own product without a license fee, including implementing the published protocols and using unmodified distributed code. Public documentation may be read without payment. This grant does not permit standalone redistribution of an SDK, modification or redistribution of private implementation source, or use of trademarks, hosted content, access keys, or unrelated artwork. 2. Enterprise use. If either the product or the individual or organization using the covered material has annual revenue of EUR 1,000,000,000,000 or more, an enterprise agreement with the copyright owner is required. Unless a different price is negotiated, the standard license fee is EUR 133,700,000 per year for each product using the material. This text does not itself grant enterprise use before that agreement is in effect. 3. Private source. Access to private implementation source requires a separate written source-access agreement and payment. The same commercial threshold and standard per-product fee apply to licensed source use unless a different agreement is negotiated. A member credential is a bearer key, not a license. 4. Earlier distributions. A copy already distributed with different license terms retains the terms that accompanied that copy. This license governs only material distributed with these updated terms.
